Saturday 2 March - fundraiser

As a fundraiser for our Tours we have been invited to help serve the Vice President's lunch at the rugby club before the first team game this Saturday. It is also intended that we offer a car washing service and go around during the match with collection buckets. All funds raised will go towards reducing the cost of our future tours.

 

Sean needs to know how many volunteers - players and adults - we will have on the day, it will be from about 12.30 to 3.30pm. Please email Sean with avability if you have not already. Crucially we need to know how many players & adults will attend and for what time periods. Also if you have any preference of job - the warmth of inside serving or the refreshing car wash - let Sean now.
