In the first half of the season, Derby Dragons have played 26 games, won 22, lost 2, drawn 2. We have scored 543 points (102 tries) and conceded 98 points (18 tries).
Derby A’s have played 13 games and won all 13, having scored 57 tries (285 points) and conceded only 5 (25 points). Most notable wins were against a very handy Newark in the final of our own festival and twice away to Syston and twice home to Ashby. The A's were only team to score the maximum 15 points in the Derbyshire NLD qualifier, scoring at least 4 tries for a bonus point in winning all three qualifying games.
Derby B’s have played 11 games and won 7, drawn 2, and lost 2. They have scored 35
tries (208 points including 9 conversions) and conceded 13 tries (73 points
including 4 conversions). Most notable wins were against Ashbourne A, Burton A
and Nuneaton A. The only losses were against a very good Newark A and Derby A,
both in our own Festival. Only two games were played as full mixed Derby development teams – the second
home game to Mansfield (won 30-5) and the third home game against Melbourne (won
20-5).
